Some people will always second guess your abilities, and that is understandable. The biggest issue is when you second-guess yourself. You know what you need to do, but you don’t do it because the voice in your head tells you that you are not ready yet.
I second guess myself often, and I work hard to learn to trust my guts. I know there are no metrics to measure intuition, but people who learn to trust their intuition tend to be more productive than others.
When my inner critic engages in negative thinking, I choose to think positively. I read, write, and reflect as an antidote to my internal critic.
